While we strive to provide you the best customer service, there may be genuine situations where a cancellation and/or refund may be appropriate as detailed below:
- If you cancel the vehicle booking within 5 minutes after a vehicle has been assigned to your order
- If the vehicle driver refuses to come and asks you to cancel the order
- If prior to arriving at the loading point, vehicle suffers a breakdown on the way
In all the above cases, you will also be given an option to book an alternate vehicle from us.
If you still want to cancel, you can do so by calling at our support number, contacting your relationship manager, or sending us an email.
If you have already paid in advance, and cancel the order due to the reasons above, your money will be refunded back to you in the same account within 48 hours.
